Industry veteran, Chris Fort, joins IQGeo telecom solutions team

Cambridge, 01 August 2022 - IQGeo (AIM: IQG), a developer of geospatial software that is “Building better networks” for telecom and utility operators, today announced that Chris Fort has joined IQGeo as its Vice President of Telecom Solutions. With over 25 years of telecom industry experience, Chris is stepping down from his role as CEO at CADTEL Systems in Phoenix, Arizona to join IQGeo’s Enterprise sales telecom team. His new responsibilities will focus on delivering IQGeo’s award-winning geospatial network management solutions to large fiber and traditional telecom network operators across North America.

Having begun his career as an OSP network engineer, Chris developed hands-on experience designing and managing fiber networks before moving into consultancy, and senior management roles with network operators, service providers, and technology companies in the telecom industry.
