Ubisense announces partnership with Salesforce

Ubisense* Group plc (AIM:UBI), a global leader in enterprise location intelligence solutions, today announces a partnership with Salesforce for the upcoming launch of myWorld for Salesforce, a new product that will enable Salesforce customers to unlock the value of their geospatial inventory data and drive revenue.

Built on the Salesforce Platform, myWorld for Salesforce is a highly scalable and configurable geolocation enterprise platform built for communications and utility network operators. It will enable Salesforce customers to easily tap into the hidden value of their complex spatial asset and engineering systems increasing productivity, reducing cost, enhancing customer service and helping to improve network performance. 

A major enterprise and business Communications Service Provider said “Users love having the myWorld inventory map in Salesforce, and have been amazed at its incredible performance. One big area of improvement is reduced time to understand and identify a network issue. This directly impacts our KPI’s and metrics, like MTTR, in a very positive way.  Having all the network information available 24x7 has also reduced the number of emails and phone calls from network repair, installation crews and sales back to the office adding even greater process efficiencies and freeing up valuable time for the engineering staff.”

myWorld for Salesforce will offer sales, customer service and operations users self-service access to the detailed network engineering, capacity and serviceability information they need to increase win rates and improve customer experience. Sales and service reps will be able to respond directly to customer requests and issues quickly and effectively, freeing up engineering to focus on important network projects. myWorld for Salesforce provides context-aware map views within the Salesforce workflows and screens that departments use every day

This change reflects our focus on the IQGeo corporate brand that was launched at the beginning of 2019.
